Partner
Mr. Rajesh Manchanda was enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar
Council of Delhi in the year 1977. He is in active legal practice since
then and has been regularly appearing before the Hon’ble Supreme
Court of India, various High Courts across the country and other
Tribunals and Forums. He established Manchanda & Co. in the year
1995 with his knowledge and expertise in handling wide range of
litigation in all spheres of law. In his experience of 43 years of practice,
he has handled huge number of cases. Besides the aforementioned, he
has been advising many renowned corporates.
Mr. Rajat Manchanda
Partner
Mr. Rajat Manchanda completed his law degree in the year 2010 and
was enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in the same year. He has also
completed his Masters in Law in the year 2013. He has over 12 years of
experience. He is a trained Mediator associated with the Delhi High
Court Mediation Centre. His areas of expertise are civil, criminal and
commercial litigation and arbitration. He has a wealth of experience in
handling matters before the Supreme Court of India, various High
Courts, District Courts and various other Tribunals and Forums. He
has handled important matters on myriad issues having far reaching
impact across industry spectrum.
