Mr. Rajesh Manchanda was enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi in the year 1977. He is in active legal practice since then and has been regularly appearing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts across the country and other Tribunals and Forums. Ms. Megha Gaur has over 12 years of experience after being enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in the year 2010. She is a gold medalist from Indian Law Institute in Corporate Laws & Management. She has expertise in business, commercial and contract law, drafting, reviewing and vetting of commercial agreements, company compliances, due diligence, corporate, transactional & business advisory, commercial litigation, company law, POSH and employment law. Rashee Gupta
Ms. Rashee Gupta has obtained Masters’ degree in law and is an alumnus from Delhi University. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. With over 10 years of experience in dispute resolution, she has been involved in advising and representing clients before High Court of Delhi, District Courts and various other Tribunals and Forums. Her areas of specialization covers all forms of employment, socio-economic, intellectual property and family disputes. Mr. Dheeraj Manchanda has litigation experience of more than 7 years.
