Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) has streamlined the resolution process for non-performing assets (NPA) in a time bound manner facilitating the speedy redistribution of assets and business. We offer advice to our clients and draft documents through every step of the insolvency resolution process.
